Title: Ranged damage Post by: Jaoust on March 14, 2008, 07:34:47 AM I am just wondering how does ranged damage work? This is because I am level 39, and just got my throwing stars from ancient weapons of leth vereal... I havent used any thrown weapons in all 39 levels and realized i needed to get my skill up to 320.. So i go buy basic throwing stars damage 4-4, and start chuckin em at enemies.. Low and behold for each throwing star I throw i get 2 hits one for 200 and the other for 400 damage. My guess is that this is main hand and off hand.. (was dual wielding at the time). And the damage must be highly based on strength.. I have pretty high strength being and Orc and all. Anyway let me know if you have any insight.

-The first number you saw was the shuriken/dex/dmg modifers -The second number you saw is Secret of fire/ice proc.
