Two things. Those are master works dusts which just make regular crafted items legendary instead of heroic.
Secondly thats a spell dmg focus so i call crap on it

Yeah i noticed it was spell damage focus too, only i had already posted.

Be nice to see that legendary version of a power bladed staff, if there is such a thing
